The programs I've seen on here don't seem to apply to my specific needs, anyone help
So I’m very new to this, as in I have not even started a routine yet, but as I read through I realize that some of the specific requirements I need aren’t being addressed directly.
My penis (although I would like it a bit longer) is long enough for my current girlfriend. In fact the problem with all the programs for me is that in some positions during sex I actually penetrate to deeply and hurt her so I want to keep length gains to a minimum but I would really like to increase the girth as my unit is rather slim. I have no problem sustaining erections and my erections are very hard (which may have a hand in causing bruising when I go to deep) the only thing I’m looking to change is the thickness, I want to know if there are specific routines or actions I can take that will improve width more then anything else or at least focus on improving width.
