Anyone training their PC muscles will know how important it is to strengthen them up to the max.
These muscles control ejaculation and for many men this is not what most of us want to happen.

Consequently, there are also a set of muscles which work in reverse to the PC muscles. And it is this set of muscles which I concentrate on in my penis training the most.

If I squeeze my PC muscles my penis will harden and start to stick up more. But if I squeeze the reverse set of muscles my penis will relax and in turn will slow down the ejaculation procedure thus allowing myself not to have an orgasm and without losing my erection.

For some women though, this can be a living nightmare which can find women running for cover and regretting ever meeting this guy in the first place, little did she know at first that this guy knows how NOT to have an orgasm. I say some women dread this type of man but most seek high and low for men like this; A real sexual tiger. On a good note; most women will be scrambling over each other to get a piece of you.

So, how to find those reverse muscles: From my own personal experience I would say that it initially starts with your mindset. You have to start by building a mental image of these reverse muscles to find and control them. But be assured; they are definitely there just below the surface.

One quick and easy way to find them is to squeeze your PC muscles so that your penis rises, then think the opposite and try to push your penis downward. You may find it quite difficult at first but with the right mindset and practice your can develop these reverse muscles and use them to your advantage.

After conditioning yourself to this you will be able to shut down your orgasms without any effort.

Now for the good stuff:

The best way I have found so far to find and exercise these reverse muscles is to do this:

While sitting down get your penis erect and lubricate your penis and fingers because you are about to use the okay sign for this exercise.
Now, slowly slide the okay sign over the glans of your penis at the same time squeeze your PC muscles.
Then slowly slide the okay sign back toward the glans and use the reverse muscles. If you think of this reverse motion in your head first you should feel the slightest sensation in your mind and at the pelvic floor muscles. When you feel this strange sensation hold it in your mind and then stop exercising for the day.

And that will do for the first session. It might take you several attempts at first but once your feel this sensation then you have discovered this set of reverse muscles.

I would say that it is based on muscle memory, and because of this I would leave this exercise for a couple of days initially so that this new sensation becomes hard wired into your mind.

Then after two days of refrain from this I would go back and continue this method. After some time you will start to develop these set of reverse muscles and thus discovered another technique of how not to have an orgasm.

Basically; the set of reverse muscles have always been there, it’s just that I had never really used them before and never really knew how to use them.

If you train by the numbers you will find that the process of training these muscles is less laborious.
If you have heard of or use the 1 to 5 technique then half of the job is already done.

1 being the onset of the orgasm procedure, 5 being the point of no return whereby you cannot stop yourself from having an orgasm.

It works every time.

This method is based on a mental image of 1 to 5 and is a great way to control the onset of an orgasm. I use this method when training my reverse muscles and I have found that I cannot afford not to use it anymore.

So when you have developed these reverse muscles and you start to feel that orgasm sensation on the way you simply squeeze downward with your penis and reverse muscles and this stops the onset of the orgasm in its tracks. This way you can fully control if to have an orgasm or not. You will have your partner purring like a kitten for sure.
