Hi all my 1st post as a newbie. Apologises if this question as been asked before. I’ve been reading about the importance of the pre warming up of the penis before starting your exercises and the warming down afterwards. Many use the hot towel method or the rice sock. Now I use my bathroom for the privacy to do my PE. My question is I use my shower head just a few inches away from my penis with the water temperature as hot as I can bear it. I move the jets of water up and down my shaft for approx 5 minutes before my exercises then repeat this method for warming down afterwards. Is this warming up process a method that does the same as the towel or rice sock? Many thanks

Should do it. Clear signs of a proper warm up are veins getting bigger and penis becoming more pliable.

I’d also add when your scrotal sac hangs lower you have a good idea that your warmed up sufficiently.

I have had a question about warming up for a while now. In my country it gets really hot. I mean most of the summer it reaches over 40 degrees celsius (107 fahrenheit according to google) and even the evenings are very hot. Is it even necessary to warm up in that heat? I have stretched without warming up and felt a good stretch and seen good results. Could this be because of our warm climate. Even our winters don’t really get that cold, and the only snow we see is in deep winter on the mountains. In winter it rarely dips below 23 degrees (73 fahrenheit according to google)

I also have a related question I may as well ask. I have a steam room which I figure is a good place to do PE as I can set the temp as high as 125* and its so steamy in there I can’t see my GF if she is sitting 2 ft away. Would this be better for growth as I assume or any downsides?

That’s a perfect place to PE. Make sure you drink plenty of water in there.

Careful to not heat stroke on the steam room. If you have one, I would assume that you already know that. In my mind works great, if I have the opportunity, I will setup one for myself: clean way to warm yourself up, get constant heat and once you leave, cooldown will happen.

Hot weather helps but collagen requires a slightly higher temperatures than this. Can’t remember it right, but is something around 60Β°C. Once the collagen is soft and smooth, we can assure lower chances of getting injuried and higher chances of getting greater tissue stretch.

Note: Over 90% of our penis is made of collagen.

Thanks for the input. Guess its always better to do a proper warm up before starting even though I have been a little lazy in this department. What about jai stretches? They didn’t mention anything about warming up before you do them?
