There it is again, need advice on this

Every time I start PE again my shaft changes colour in one specific spot. I already let it rest for a month or so (without masturbating), and the same thing keeps happening. I want to do PE but this keeps getting me upset. I started a couple of days ago and although nothing alarming happened, it’s already getting that pink/purple-ish colour at the side. My doctor said it’s normal and the pigmentation is just different but hear me out: the first time this appeared it went full black and it was big. One day later, the black was almost gone and it became pink/red/purple. I stopped PE for a long time and each time I try to return to it, the same spot gets this colour. Here are some specifications:

-It’s in the specific spot where my penis bends to the left.
-my routine is currently 70 jelqs, 4 stretches, 5min warm up and warm down, 50 kegels (purposely almost nothing)
-it doesn’t hurt and it doesn’t feel different, although I’m very insensitive
-it does swell a little and I suspect it has to do with the circumcision. The skin gets dragged along the jelq and the blood might accumulate there.

Please, I need any advice, references, cheering, anything that can help. I don’t want to quit PE but this drags me down every time and I’m tired of doing it on and off.

Maybe don’t apply so much pressure while jelqing. 70 jelqs isnt a lot but your intensity might be to much also look at overhand and underhand jelqs and see what works best.

Discoloring is quite normal for most, my penis is quite dark so I’m not really aware of it.

why using jelq at all?

if you struggle with hemorrhage there, move to extenders and other methods.
