I’m over a year and a half into my journey. I’ve been pumping for a little over 6 months. My main goal is girth. Since the beginning, I’ve gained.375” in girth, & .5” in length. I’m sorta stuck at 5” girth. But, I’ve gained .25” in length in the last 2 months. I’m surprised at how much I like the extra length.

I just checked out Sizegenetics website & it sounds pretty impressive.So I have some questions for experienced extenders out there…

1. Can I keep doing my current routine, or would that kill pi’s?

2. Do extenders really help with girth? Like the web site says.

3.Are there less expensive options other than Sizegenetics? It ain’t cheap!

4. They guarantee results, anyone agree?

5. Are they a pain in the ass to wear? It seems sorta complicated to me, because I’ve never seen one.

I was just thinking about using extenders today!! I have used it in the past and I pump as well. What I have noticed is that it kinda takes away any girth for especially because I have to wrap for it to stay on.
Because of my foreskin and size, i have alot of difficulty trying to keep the thing on for a long period of time or even be able to move around in it without falling off and applying the tension I need to stretch.
I want to try a different extender like the ones with the suction head. If anything I’ve been able to hang and pump right after with no problem.
But yeah today i tried to use my extender after months on only pumping and I couldnt get it on and everything from the pump went away cuz of the wrapping.

1) Degredation of PI is mostly about overstressing your dick. You’ll need to try both to find out. When I was using my X4, generally 4 hrs/day, I also continued my pump routine. I consistently wore it for a year and over 500 hrs. I still occasionally use it.

2) I think of extenders as a length tool. I was working on straightening a curve. But there are always exceptions.

3) Chinese? Quality there is always a concern.

4) There are few guarantees in life. A bigger dick is not one of them. However- with diligence and effort one can turn the odds in their favor.

5) I do not view it as something you can wear out of the house with confidence. You need to wear loose clothing to not restrict its movement. Sometimes it will just decide it needs to be free and will announce itself by sliding out of your shorts and on to the floor. And occasionally your dick will tell you to GET THIS OFF OF ME NOW!

Current: 7-7/8” BPEL; 7-3/8” NBPEL; 8.5” BPFSL; 6.5” MEG; 6”x5” Flaccid.

Ok…I already deep down knew the answer about pi’s .

But now I know wearing it at work is out. I’m still undecided. I definitely don’t like the thought of losing any girth, I’ve worked so hard to gain!!

If your main goal is girth I am not sure why you would be looking into the sizegenetics, but I’ll try to help since I own one.

1. It really depends on how long you plan to wear the extender each day. If you only use it 1-2 hours to prevent turtling from your other exercises, then I’m sure it would be fine at low tension. Too many variable to answer this though.

2. Not really. Any girth gain solely from an extender would be negligible as extenders are used for length gains.

3. I’m sure there are but I have no idea as to the quality.

4. Every company on earth guarantees that their product works under a certain set of circumstances, otherwise they would not be in business. If you wear it all day, every day then yes there is a high probability you would see results. I used mine sporadically and didn’t see much gain, but I also was not consistent enough to get the full benefit from wearing it. Which leads to the next point..

5. It is a huge pain in the ass to wear. YUGE!! Best case scenario you will be slightly uncomfortable while wearing it. The more probably scenario is it will pinch the hell out of your dick as your glans slowly slips out while wearing it. The other option is to tighten it down to the extent that it cuts off blood flow and causes your head to go numb (not good). Also the plastic base will burn the hell out of your balls. You will have to wear a sock over your member or place a piece of cloth between your balls and the base. My dick is contoured being large at the base and tapering down smaller towards the glans. If you have more upper girth then it will be easier to wear securely and hold the tension. I had better success using the bathmate first to get the temporary girth gain, making it easier to strap in and hold tension. Wearing it in public will pretty much be a no-go unless you wear clothes that are two sizes too big, and even then there will be times that your dick will be screaming at you to adjust it when it pinches your head. It is a great alternative to hanging if you have the privacy and want to be moving around at home as opposed to staying stationary. To reiterate, good for use at home but not so good out in public.

Imo, extending is good for girth gains if we combine it with girth work. I always get the BEST girth expansion ❤️ after a good extending set, and when i say good, i mean a set over 30 min that could be at the right time at the right moment, because not all extending sets will give the same good PIs afterwards. But when it does, and if i do a little girth work, jelq clamp pump, that would be the best girth set for me, even better than a second or third clamping set after a jelq set or just another clamping set.

Btw, i have been hanging in the past using The Wench successfully as well, hanging beats extending in comfort and could be more fun for some, especially for a beginner, but for me, extending is the bomb for lengthwork, i also like the slight pain in the glans during a set, it usually fades away after we condition our glans and get our flaccid length used to that stretched length in the extender and allows for further stretching it in the device to reach discomfort…and then the procedure repeats as the streched length will get used to this new stress, etc…jelqing after\before sets helps, i also prefer engorging the glans before i strap it down for a better grab on the glans using the sillicone tube. This might also help with girth a bit, i gained girth from getting expansion during hanging sets before, because of the shaft squeezing caused by the weighted captain wench. Extending is really fun to me now, real pain in the ass in the beginning.

Regarding extender quality, i use cheap amazon ones, i am currently on my third amazon extender and this one actually works the best so far. If you can afford an expensive extender, maybe you should buy one, but maybe you should start with a cheap one first till you perfect your routine, wrapping, rod usage and stuff like that to your personal comfort, it did take a month or two for me till i started actually extending properly set by set, reaching 40,60 min of constant stretching with great PIs.

It does, thanks! I think I will keep my current routine for now. Which includes manual stretching, jelqing, some clamping, but mainly pumping. Hopefully I start to see some girth in a couple months. If not I will try an extender. I’m certainly not gonna be disappointed with more length!

I think it’s good advice to start with a cheap one till I get the hang of it. Which one did you like on Amazon?

Size genetics Thoughts

I am new to PE. Mainly started because I was having EQ issues from some other health issues. I also curve to the left and that seemed to be getting worse so I bought a bathmate and sizegenetics and have been doing manual stretch & jelqing.

The first few times the size genetics was uncomfortable and basically required me to stand in one place or sit still. After about a month it became much more comfortable. I set a timer for 30 minutes and always loosen and reapply after the timer goes off. I usually keep it off for about 2 minutes so I get all the blood back in penis because, as others have mentioned, it can start to numb and restrict blood flow and turn purple. If I am doing something I just kill the timer and keep wearing until I am done as long as it doesn’t hurt and isn’t numb. I never go over an hour without a break. The first dozen tries I hated it and regretted it. Around the 15th use I seemed to turn a corner and it got way more manageable.

One thing that I think helped is drastically reducing the tension. As long as it is steadily pulling I am happy. I stopped trying to stretch it a lot each session and that allows me to lower pressure holding penis in which allows more blood flow.

The curve seems to be getting better. I think it was mainly tight ligaments and those are loosening. The range of motion in my penis is already much better. Initially if I tried pointing it up or too far right while stretched it was painful. Now I seem to have The same mobility left and right and up is nearly as flexible as pointing down.

The jelq and pumping seems to be drastically improving EQ. Initially I had to take 25 mg of Sildenafil to get full erection for pumping. Again, this was initially caused by other health issues but once you get ED fears it becomes a mind game. I think just the act of jelquing for 45 minutes at a time with a nice strong erection was a huge mental boost. I also stopped allowing myself any non sex ejaculation so that I had more intensity when the time was right (I am well into my 40s). I am now less strict with this but still pay attention to how often I am cumming. Certainly I don’t masturbate when I expect the gf to stay over. My sex drive is way up now that EQ is returning.

Everything combined has made a huge difference in EQ and stamina. I seem to have gained about .25-.50” in length but I think a significant amount of that was regaining what was lost from extended period of ED issues and high blood pressure.

Currently, if I want to be at my biggest, I will stretch for a bit then pump for 5 minutes then stretch some more then pump again. That typically gets me to the point that my erection For sex is nearly as large as when I am pumping, Especially if I am using sildenafil. I only use 25 mgs as anything more gives me a headache and I will never get off.

For me, the size genetics was worth the investment. Both the financial investment as well as the time investment to get used to it. My first two weeks I thought everyone who said they comfortably wore it all day long was full of crap. Now I am not so sure. Depending on your clothes and if you’re okay with someone noticing every now and then I guess it could be manageable. So far I only wear it at home or on long drives. I wear it in shorts, swears, or slacks. Commando at home but with boxers when driving. Terrified of being a wreck though.

Size genetics did a study and they indicate expected results should be as a percentage of starting length. This makes way more sense to me as 2” of growth is a 25% increase for an 8” penis but a 50% increase for a 4”. I believe their study, which was published in a medical journal (that is what convinced me to buy one) found an average of 29% growth in the first 6 months. I think that was roughly 500 hours of wear time at 4 hours per day. I do not think there was any real girth gains.

Good luck and feel free to ask any follow ups. Also, I bought those two because the initial place where I learned about PE was Good Looking Loser and they swear by those two devices. Guys there seem to report much smaller starting points but more growth (based on a study on this site indicating average size before PE of well over 6” EL).

It’s a pro extender, I noticed most of the cheap ebay/amazon extenders are pro extenders. I am happy with my current one, it’s reliable, but I am sure if you really want to clarify which option is best is to ask someone who has used both expensive and cheap extenders, there might be some real benefits if the rods are stronger and the springs activate better I guess, not that you can’t do that with a cheap one but it might take more of your time and concentration, using the expensive one could make it more manageable.
