This is my routine

Basic Stretching: 3 Sets of each stretch below

1) Pulling straight down: Once at maximum stretch hold for 30 seconds

2) Pulling straight down to the right: Once at maximum stretch hold for 30 seconds

3) Pulling straight down to the left: Once at maximum stretch hold for 30 seconds

4) Pulling straight up: Once at maximum stretch hold for 30 seconds

5) Cranking Rotary: Once at maximum stretch hold straight in front of you crank or rotate your penis for 30 cranks.

Basic Jelqing

For First 2 weeks - 300 2 Second Jelqs

After 2 weeks - 600 2 Second Jelqs

After Jelq: Warm Down

100 quick Kegel squeezes

My questions are

1) Is it enough or should different exercises be added?
2) Whats the best for girth?
3) I always get a full erection when doing jelqing, is it bad or should I wait until it “calms” down. How do most of you maintain a semi errection when jelqing?

It looks good for now. You can try it for a few weeks and evaluate, maybe add more then if you think you need it.

Different people like different exercises. Jelqing is probably the best newbie choice for girth, after a while you can try more advanced moves.

Wait for it to calm down, full erection jelqing is best left until you have been doing normal jelqing for a few months. 70-80% erect will do nicely.

Hey mate,

This is basically what I’ve been doing for the last 3 weeks.

Can anyone please tell us what we should add to this routine? I would like some personal opinions here. I know all the exercises but what ones would the readers reccommend firstly for girth(goldwave), and secondly for length (me).

Has anyone gained a lot in length without hanging?

I recommend searching and reading up. :) The sticky threads in the newbie forum are good.
