Three months of PE and no gains

Three months of PE and no gains

So I’ve been doing PE for three months. I have been doing PE every day with very few off days. Over the past month I’ve been doing manly BTC manual stretching and V - stretches. I have a have also been doing PE in the shower, because I thought it would be a good way to warm up. I warm up of 5 minutes, BTC for 10 minutes, 10 minutes of V-stretches, I don’t warm down. I do jelqs some times.
So far I haven’t made any gains. I knew when I started that PE would take time and a lot of effort. But I’m starting to lose a litte faith in PE. I would be so happy if I gained even an 1/8 of an inch. It would help me keep going.

I don’t know why I haven’t gained anything. But I’m not giving up. I just need a new plan of attack. I think it may be time to start using the hanger I made a month ago. I think I’ll warm up for 5 minutes, hang with 5lbs for 20, and warm down for 5 minutes. Also I was thinking of doing 5 minutes of V-stretches after hanging.

Well that’s my current position on the PE journey. Thanks for any advice.

How many new plans of attack have you tried? Or to put it another way, how consistent have you been?

Thunder's Place: increasing penis size one dick at a time.

Memento, I was thinking the same thing. I have just been trying new stuff that I thought would work better, and trying to improve my routine. I just don’t know what to do any more. I’m thinking of just taking a break from this and coming back in a month or two.

Honestly we need more info on current routine. Very few days off doesnt mean much. Since you need rest days to allow healing. So far it looks to me like your routine isnt stressful enough to break down cells. What are your PIs after workouts? Can you give alot more details on your current workout?

I do PE 6 days out of week for total of 30 minutes a day. I think it seems like there is not detail, because the routine is so simple. I thought my routine may have been too stressful because of the lack of rest days.

Bluedragon373, great attitude!

Why not just start with the newbie routine?

The routine includes jelqs, maybe that will help you gain. As mentioned above, it is important to stick to something for a while.

PIs are, “physiologic indicators to help growth.” Here is a link to a thread all about PIs: Physiologic Indicators (PIs).

Thanks for linking. It sounds like you need to work your unit harder. Follow the newbie routine it could work wonders.

Jelq ‘some times’, uhm… better jelqing consistently.

Yeah bro you should def start jelqing some and you should warm down I personally think its a pretty important step when it comes to getting your blood flow back to normal. WARM down and massage as you do it.
