Thrombosed vein

How do I know if I have a thrombosed vein? When I pump, not even up to 1”hg, I’m getting a very protruding vein on the dorsal side of my unit, although this may be just because my dick is naturally veiny/vascular. Is there pain or any other feelings associated with it?

You feel you have a vein that is blocked by a clot? Have you done anything to cause such an injury?

I started pumping 3 days ago, never went over 4” hg, and my sessions lasted roughly 4-6 minutes each (3 sets the 1st time, 4 sets the 2nd time). I started today and noticed a vein that looked too large on the dorsal side, although this could have been exacerbated by the fact that it’s expanding against the inside of the tube. Am I just freaking out? Or am I playing it too safe? My dick feels fine, the vein isn’t hard or anything, it just looks abnormally large when I pump.

You certainly haven’t crossed any trauma lines. Just remember to pump up slowly to 4”hg and whatever you see vein wise is apparently normal for you.

Ok, thanks a lot! Another thing; would it be prudent to get a larger tube, considering my vein is pushing against the side? I want length first, however, so I’m not sure which way to go; I’m currently using a 1.75x9 tube

Sounds like the tube you have is the correct one. What is your erect girth?

Thrombosed veins are hard, hot, red and painful. Enlarged veins from PE or pumping are considered normal and expected. I seriously doubt that you have a thrombosed vein.

Advice from gprent on pumping is always something to listen to. He’s been doing it for a long time and has the experience to know the best way to pump.
