Time between jelq sessions.

I have done a search for this but can’t find the answer. How much time should you take between jelq sessions? I did one session last night at 11pm. I was kind of busy today and had time to do one at 10am but thought it might be too soon.thx

I am trying a new thing for me this month.

I jelq one day at 6:00am and that evening at 7:00pm.

The next day I will take off.

I will do this every other day. 1 on / 1 off.

I also do ULI stretches and Horse440s with my jelqs.

I will let you know my progress after 1 month.

If I recall correctly you should rest at least 12 hours. Obviously this depends on workout intensity too.

In the beginning I jelqed 20 minutes at 8.00 and 15 minutes in the afternoon. It worked for me, I gained a lot using that routine. Both EL and EG.

There is no rule of thumb. You have to learn how your penis react.

I agree strongly with Oden. I would recommend jelqing no more than once a day at first, but with time it’s fine to build up to multiple sessions.

Also, if you’re trying to gain length, frequent workouts (stretching, jelqing, etc.) are good. If you’re trying to gain girth, many guys think that rest periods are important — intensive, less frequent workouts may be best for girth.
