Time for PE with Wife and Kids
Hello Folks.
So I’m a “new member” but been a lurker for a couple years. Started following the Newbie routine about 18 months ago. Went after it best I could for about 3 months, then haphazardly for another 3 months before dropping off entirely. Never saw any gains, but I’m most convinced that the cause might be due to lack of time. When I say I went “after it best I could for 3 months” what I mean is I would spend an extra 20 minutes or so in the shower in the morning before going to work. Routine consisted of some warm up, stretching, jelqs with shampoo/conditioner, then some cool-down stretching, I also began adding Ulis to this brief routine after the first 6 weeks or so. Aside from this 20-minute window, I would maybe find time to do some additional stretching throughout the day, but not much else. In other words, I wonder if my lack of results was due to lack of time focused on PE. Problem is, I don’t know when to find the time! Wife and I have a crazy life with a ton of kids, job, activities, etc. So it’s difficult. I never told her about my efforts or aspirations around PE, frankly not sure what her response would be.
Anyhow, would love any advice from other husband/fathers who have found a path to fitting PE into their schedule.
