So I’ve been a little inconsistent with PE lately, I’ve mainly focused on improving my libido and EQ. Now does anyone recommend any routines for someone who has already had success with the newbie routines, or should I go ahead and give it another try? I’m already onto pumping and clamping.

From my experience, don’t skimp on the jelqing. When I stop jelqing, even though I’m still extending and pumping, my size and function suffers.

Have you tried using any other girth exercise instead and still noticed a decline in function?

I tried clamping. I failed at it.

My eq is always so much better when I jelq.
