Hi guys!

I’ve just began PE and two days ago (my second day of PE) I noticed a tiny little red dot in the head of my penis. Yesterday was my day off and the dot was already clearing (I could only see taking a good close look and “stretching” the head with my fingers).

I’m taking extreme caution with PE and haven’t felt any pain or discomfort while doing the exercises.

I’ve done some searching (resulting in relief:) ) but couldn’t get enough opinions.

Here’s my questions and notes:

1) Today the dot is really imperceptible (actually it can not even be called a dot or red because it’s more like a tiny little reddish blur) and if I just look I can’t see it (I gotta “stretch” the head skin with my fingers to see it).

Questions:

1) Should I keep up the work and go softer or should I stop entirely until I cannot see microscopely any dots?

2) Do you think that they were a result of stretching or jelqing? Most I’ve found in my research was indicating jelqing but.. We never know, right? ^^

1. Give it another days rest then go more gently and build up slowly. Monitor it closely as you do your session and if it seems to come back, stop.

2. It’s almost certainly from the jelqing.

Bad news, guys :(
Now I’m positive about being the stretch what caused me this red dot.

Today I was completely healed, no dots or anything and began my PE routine with some streches and then.. There it was - tiny, little and red. :(

Here are my guesses, hope you guys can help me:

When I stretch I have to hold my penis with some kind of effort because if I don’t, it slips away and I can’t do the stretch. When I finish a 30 second stretch, the head of my penis gets discolorated (very slightly bluish) and I guess that is because, as any part of the body, I’m holding the blood for an amount of time and keeping it from going there. This could happen to any part of the body of anybody like a finger or an arm (if anybody here ever had an anesthesia you know what I’m talking about :P).

I don’t know if it’s this what’s causing the little red dot to appear but.. I guess it can’t be anything else. : /

What do you guys think?
It’s problem of technique?
Is there anything I can do to pull my penis without having to strangle that much like a medical glove or lime?

It could come from just having to grip so tightly. The simplest answer is to use a piece of toilet paper to hold your penis. It increases your grip greatly because it doesn’t slip. You won’t have to grip so hard.

Definately gripping too hard, happened to me as well, like firegoat said toilet paper is great, I now use toilet paper + therawrap. Fold the paper in half long ways and cut the wrap to match, grip around the neck and avoid pressure on the head, use olive oil on the skin underneath, works great.

Already read it but as I said.. I discovered that my problem was due to stretching, not jelqing (the most common cause in red spots).
I was holding my penis to tightly (otherwise it’ll slip away) and that’s what caused me the red spot. ^^

Today, healed, I was trying every kind of possible grip and discovered that the one shown on the videos is the best grip. No pain, no fainting on the glans, nothing.
Started my stretch routine and YES! No tiny little red spot on the same place again!
BUT
Another tiny little red spot on another place. :(

I’ve read almost EVERYTHING I could on this forum and don’t know what to do.. Should I keep going and maybe get my glans used to it, very slowly, or should I stop everytime until it’s completely healed? Everybody has this things from jelqing but I got from stretching. :(
I’m thinking that maybe I should only do jelqs since they haven’t caused me anything wrong.. Don’t know..

What do you think?
Maybe I’m taking overcaution or getting obsessive with this?

Hope you guys (specially the vets) can help me or calm me down, at least :P

How much of a warm up do you do before stretching? I find a good hot wrap for 5 minutes or so

really helps the tissue get pliable. When doing stretches, try a little baby (talcum) powder on your hand where you grip your penis. You won’t have to grab as hard then.

After you are done your stretches, do another hot wrap for a couple of minutes before you jelq, to get stretchy again.

And of course a warm down.

I do a 5 minutes hot wrap before every workout but I’m also going to try talcum to get a better grip.

Guys! I hope you all read this..
I’ve JUST finished my jelqing workout and during it I noticed that the dot (that was supposed to increase or pop friends) was actually clearing!!

I was using the standard wrap with hot water and tried the sock rice one. After this wrap I found the dot much clearer but it almost fade out while I was jelqing!

And don’t what happened but here’s my testimonial to you vets take the guesses ^^

Hooray! Now I can FINALLY BEGIN PE. X)
