Tissue Death with 'loop' stretcher on a fully engorged glans ???

Tissue Death with 'loop' stretcher on a fully engorged glans ???

I bought a MaxXtender and have been having some success over the past 6 weeks. Initially I found the MaxXtender to be very uncomfortable because I am uncircumsized and had difficulty keeping the glans within the loop. Whenever I tried to get a good stretch the glans would always creep under the cord and I’d have to begin again.

I have found a solution to this which is working for me but I’m not sure if it’s ideal given the many negative articles posted here regarding “loop” devices. What I do is get an erection and then tie my glans into the loop while it’s engorged with blood trapping the blood inside. When my erection subsides I then have plenty of grip on top because the glans is still engorged. I can get a great stretch this way.

What concerns me is the trapping of blood in the glans and the reduced blood flow to the glans during my stretching which usually lasts about 1hr 15mins uninterrupted. I have to tie the cord very tight out of pure necessity and I’m aware that stretching with an erect penis is considered dangerous. My glans doesn’t get cold but does darken and turn a reddish purple during the process. Could this cause permanent damage to the blood vessels/nerves and could this result in tissue death/gangrene? At the beginning I got a slight sign of thromboses but this has since disappeared. I also make sure to spend 5/10 minutes after my routine vigorously massaging the glans to ensure the blood returns to it completely.

I have had no side effects, loss of feeling, permanent discoloration, thromboses etc. doing this over the past 6 weeks but I’m still not sure what the long-term effects could be. When I remove the loop the underlying skin is a white/grey colour but it’s usually back to normal in a few mins. How long does it take for tissue death/gangrene to occur? I must add that within the first 15 mins of stretching I can bring the MaxXtender up over 2 notches (1 inch) which is a really tight stretch, is this too much?? I have gained a quarter inch so far and would love to continue to gain at this rate. Thanks for your help on this guys…

>>many negative articles posted here regarding “loop” devices.
This is true, few guys here use them, or if they do, they dont post about it.

>>reduced blood flow to the glans during my stretching which usually lasts about 1hr 15mins uninterrupted.

1.25 hrs of your head being subjected to little to no circulation? To me, that seems pretty dangerous. I would not do this.

>>Could this cause permanent damage to the blood vessels/nerves and could this result in tissue death/gangrene?

Stretching using the head of your unit is generally considered a bad idea. Better to grip the internal shaft an inch back from the head. Likely you could damage some nerves that run along the top.

>>I have had no side effects, loss of feeling, permanent discoloration, thromboses etc.

Yet, no side effects yet. I think you’re flirting with disaster.

>>the underlying skin is a white/grey colour but it’s usually back to normal in a few mins.

White/gray is not good.

>>How long does it take for tissue death/gangrene to occur?
Some of our more medically educated brethern will chime in on this, but from my readings, 20 mins is the max time you want any tissure to spend in a low-to-zero circulatory state.

If you insist on this type of stretching, I’d suggest 20 mins max, then unbuckle and massage everything back to a normal state.

Postatem obscuri lateris nescitis.

Given the effects you mentioned it would be prudent to unhook and repeat your procedure every 20 mins. If you’re not noticing any side effects yet then it is possible that the damage (if any) is only slight, but we have no way of knowing if there are cumulative effects that may only functionally manifest later on.

I have a Jes, and have the same issues as you in getting it to stay on. Personally I just gave up on it, but what startles me is how few people are able to make it work considering how popular it is. Going by their studies you’d think it was okay for all their study participants, which from real life feedback is quite unbelievable.

ARE YOU F@#!ING CRAZY!!!. You are worried about tissue death or gangrene and continue to use this thing!!! Puckin fleas!

Some of these posts really piss me off.

More power to you guys that can respond and give sound advice when it is apparent some people just don’t mind losing their dicks.

My apologies for my outburst.

Moderators, if that was over the top feel free to delete.

Thanks for the top advice on this DarkTrick and Shiver. Oh and Mugwomp, point taken!! Like I said I had no pain or side effects whatsoever but it’s not worth risking any long-term damage so I’ll definitely be cutting this routine down to a max of 20 mins. I’ve been on a break for a while now and have been looking into alternative ways to attach the MaxXtender as the loop they provide is very uncomfortable. I think the main problem with the MaxXtender in comparison to other loop devices is that it uses a rope-like non-flexible cord which not only provides very little grip but has no flexibility to help encourage circulation. It is also quite rough on the skin. If it was possible to order the silicone cords from the Jes or Andro-penis sites then the MaxXtender would essentially work in an identical way to those devices and for a fraction of the cost. However, I’ve tried and they both look for proof of purchase. I will look for alternatives to the silicone cords and hopefully post a follow up at some point in the future which may help MaxXtender users who also have comfort/functionality difficulties. I recently picked up some quarter inch 3-core rubber coated electrical cable and stripped out all the wires leaving just the rubber tubing. This will undoubtedly have a much better grip than the rope and is very stretchy. I’ll post my findings in the near future. Thanks again lads!

Have a browse around McMaster-Carr I found some rubber there (part no: 93345K64 - $7.10 for 10ft) which reads very much like the stuff supplied with my Jes extender.
