Hey Endover. I mostly lurk here from time to time, but I can offer my best practices I’ve found.
First of all we’re dealing with muscles and tissues of the body, so recovery time is going to be a factor. I have a martial arts background so I’ve practiced semen retention since my early 20s. Everyone is genetically different, but for me this was totally life changing. This practice is known everywhere from esoteric taoism to the coach in the football locker room telling his players not to jerk it before the big game. The greats from Miles Davis to Ali all swore by this practice. Ali would go 6+ weeks without ejaculating before a big fight, Miles said “I can come or I can play, but not both. If Ali would come before a fight I would whip his ass!” It’s really helped me with overall recovery as well as having the stamina to go the extra mile in everything I do. When you stack that with biohacking stuff like antioxidants, supplements, yoga, tai chi or meditation you really have something. So I’m putting that forward as my actual background before getting into PE stuff. Your overall lifestyle is always going to determine your results.
As others have said YMMV in any technique. I’ve seen good gainers on here who claim to have gotten almost 3 inches just from jelqing. Some guys say they went from just shy of 7 up to 9 just from jelqing, and that they would do dry jelqing before a date. Others like Bib gained almost all their length from hanging. I think the penimaster is the best extender out there, just got one myself so I’ll be reporting back about that monthly. As far as I know you can be using that thing even while you sleep, so right away I’d suggest experimenting with gradually upping your extended hours. The manual itself recommends 8 hours.
Jelqing is a solid base, even though you can’t be as precise with pressure, you still develop an intimate relationship with the organ, much like a concert violinist has to tune the strings daily, it’s good as a ritual and a way of checking in with yourself and seeing how much fatigue is there. Jelqing is like the punches and kicks of the PE dojo, it’s just something you should master. To be a master, be a master of the basics.
Since you mentioned chemical PE I’ll go into depth on supplements that are clean and have worked for me. I am very into TCM / taoist tonic herbalism much more than the nootropics / biohacking side, the rule of tonic herbs is there has to be ZERO side effects from using them. The “poison path” of juicing and stuff like that, does more harm than good, so I avoid that totally. A lot of this stuff will seem kind of exotic and others you can get at walgreens, just keep in mind you get what you pay for with supplements. Do not ever take anything with stearates or titanium dioxide.
My “big gun” supplements: solid tongkat ali extract is known to increase test levels. Andrew Huberman is the current darling of the hormone health world, since he went on Joe Rogan everyone has been buying up the supps he suggests. I’m not the biggest fan, but it’s a resource you can check out to familiarize yourself with the landscape. He does a lot of podcasts and interviews. I personally find him annoying, but he’s one of those celebs that consolidates a lot of research so you can glean best practices.
Get a very clean source of tongkat, a lot of fake stuff out there, and make sure to cycle it. Don’t ever buy supps from amazon without vetting the comments really thoroughly and look closely at the ingredients. If they use any stearates don’t buy them. Those are toxic and reduce your ability to absorb anything dramatically. I use dragon herbs and barlowes only. Since covid the latter (barlowes) is much better at shipping logistics than the former who got a little weird since covid. Dragon herbs is run by an obsessive herbalist who spends most of his time exploring around rural china and sourcing the top quality stuff, but the people running the company are kind of airheads so it can be frustrating waiting for them to ship your stuff. I still get it because it’s the highest grade and it works. But I try to get around buying it directly from them if possible.
Fadogia is the other big one out there which is proven to increase testosterone and even testicle size and it actually does. But it’s also known for toxicity in some cases, so tread lightly. Think of it more as the whip cream topping on your PE cake, don’t sit around doing whippets of Fadogia! Just a little dollop on the cake is more than enough.
Nitric Oxide boosters (NO2) including magnesium and L-Arginine cream, can also round out your PE regime. You might see immediate results (kind of like a thickening / warmth / swelling), it also increases sensitivity quite a bit, so beware using that in intimiate situations, it would defeat the primary goal of retaining your power for purposes of rapid recovery, and therefore, growth. You can also get L-Arginine in capsules of course.
Another supplement to check out is sunflower lecithin, this one is famous in the “cum stack” of L Arginine / Lecithin / Zinc. Lecithin isn’t just good for building up semen, it’s also a brain supplement. I used the NOW Sunflower Lecithin for a while, now I get USP grade from amazon and use it more as a dressing on salads etc. It is ridiculously potent and it will give you an edge mentally. Only use sunflower, there’s a lot of soy lecithin in the industry, it is some of the most processed garbage ever and all of it is GMO. (more than 90% of all soy products are GMO and contain xenoestrogens, which if it doesn’t make you gay, it definitely is not helping your dick get bigger)
Finally, you can work with subliminals, especially while sleeping. There’s someone named littletart on youtube who has made dozens of them, all with various intensities and background white noise kind of stuff. This is really personal and depends on your level of suggestability. Everyone in the peak performance world from CEOs to gold medalists use some form of affirmations and visualization. Ultimately everything is mental game. If you really wanna be dickmaxxing to the ultimate level, take the time to experiment with some of these supplements and curate yourself a playlist of subliminals (you can even find a girl on 5err to make one custom for you if you want) and just start rocking that in the background while you do your other stuff.
My best days where I wake up looking huge, are days when I’ve gotten in a solid jelqing session, then fallen asleep not only doing the subliminals but visualizing myself at my ideal size. This goes back to the OG abundance / manifestation authors like Neville who taught that whatever you’re thinking about when you fall asleep defines your reality, because your subconscious is like a solid state hard drive. It hears everything you’re thinking and just believes it. If we were taught how to use the subconscious from birth we would all be billionaires with various forms of superpowers. When you can work with your subconscious your ability to acquire skill and make positive change becomes dramatically higher. Many famous people and inventors have built empires just off this one technique. If you want to know more check out some Neville videos on youtube, you can find short explanations by some of his students on how he taught the “how to climb a ladder” technique. It’s the most straightforward and concise explanation I’ve ever heard. Most people like Tony Robbins are just ripping off Neville for personal gain and try to complicate it so they can sell three day seminars. You can learn how to do it in about 10 minutes.
