It seems like all PE enlargement devices are geared for the cut guys. I’m having problems with everything I try due to foreskin causing slippage.

Please advise me and all other uncut members on what you have done to prevent this. What equipment, such as hangers, vacuum stretcher/ADS have you found to be most effective?

For the hanger, chicken choker. For ADS, 8mm. If you pull back your foreskin, it will slip, there’s no way around it. Try wrapping without pulling back the foreskin, in my experience, there wasn’t a disproportionate skin growth compared to penis growth and if there is, you can always get cut after you’ve reached your goals.

I hang with a chickenchoker, I pull my foreskin all the way back then cloth wrap and theraband, if it’s too loose it will slide down, I wrap a bit on the tighter side to prevent sliding. I can get a good 15 min hang without much discoloration and loss of feeling, (very important to monitor these). I’ve recently began putting a sleeve on first then wrapping, it’s not necessary but it helps to keep the skin back while I wrap.

I’ve found that doing ulis before tightening the hanger helps.

I find a noose hanger works for me and I’m uncut. But gonna transition into hanging in the near future but I guess vacuum hanging is out of the question so thought about compression hanging.

I think compression hanging is the uncut guys friend.

Would like to know if someone have some experience with it.

I’ve always pulled back the foreskin because I really don’t want to stretch it. Now you’ve got me wondering how it would work in a vacuum ADS if I don’t pull back.

I’ve really been thinking about getting cut and waiting for it to heal before continuing PE.

I’ll look into a chicken choker because the only thing that has ever worked for me is a noose and I’m not doing that anymore.

I was planning to buy from totalman. Cheap compared to my extender

I am not cut and it is not a problem.

I did compression hanging with a home made hanger and then a bib starter. No issue with foreskin, the wrap technique was a bit hard to get used to but its like that for cut and uncut guys.

I vac hang with a total man vac hanger, again no issue. Foreskin actually gets pulled back with vac hanging so definitely doesn’t get in the way.

I clamp. No foreskin issues here either.

Technique comes and things don’t be an issue anymore.
