Does anyone know what girth and length exercises avoid discoloration and bending?

Also, how can you minimize vein growth? Is the veinyness permanent?

Vein enlargement is common and probably unavoidable. I’ve noticed mine have reduced a bit since I haven’t done any active PE for a couple years, but I still have them. I guess you could say the increased prominence is permanent.

Any time you’re forcing blood around your penis and pushing on the skin you’re probably going to have some blood cells break and get into the tissues. Discoloration seems to be mostly a problem of hangers, but happens to pumpers and clampers, too. Even jelqing can cause it, but the severity may depend on how vigorously you do the exercises, your base skin color, the amount of time you do the workout, etc.

Yes, it is permanent but why do you want to minimize it. Most members, me included, would like to have as much veins as possible.

The veins aren’t so bad, but I’m worried about any discolouration that is location specific. A general change in penis color is fine by me, as long as one or two spots are not too different from the rest. What exercises can avoid that?

None, there’s a risk with all of them, really. Don’t worry about it, just make sure to warm up properly, and don’t push too hard.

Jelqing gave me a uniform darker color all over my penis (bronze). It came in my first weeks of PE and hadn’t changed since.

Mild manual exercises won’t cause serious discoloration, from what I’ve seen the worst comes from clamping (I guess also manual clamping-like exercises could cause it - Ulis, horses, etc)
