To the VETS: If you could do it all over again

With 20/20 hindsight, now that you have completed at least 1 year of PE, knowing everything that you know now, if you could go back in time to Day 1 of PE, what routine would you create for yourself to get the fastest gains?

This is a good question.

I may sound like a broken record but I think the vets have already answered. The newbie routine didn’t just come out of thin air. The newbie routine was put together based on the years of 20/20 hindsight of the vets. While I don’t consider myself a vet, looking back, my greatest regrets are that I didn’t find PE sooner and that once I did, I slacked off after 3 months and didn’t do any PE for a few months.

Anybody else?

Current measure ment 8-2-06 EL- 5.5, EG- 5.25, BPEL-6 7/6, BPFSL-7.25

Short term goal EL- 6.0, EG-5.5

Long term goals EL- 7 to 7.5, EG- 5.5 to 6.0

I would have stopped hanging (during my first round) sooner, and tried to figure out why I wasn’t gaining. I would not have continued to do something that wasn’t working for me simply because others said it worked for them.
