Today's that day. New to this any help story's and encouragement is appreciated.
So to start off today is the day I start my exercises I’m nervous excited and overwhelmed with information as is. My size has always been my biggest insecurity and I’m really tired of it effecting my day to day life. My current size is BPEL 5.6 AND EG is only 4.. So yeah it’s a insecurity for sure.. My short term goal is simple and I’m really hoping achievable as I’m hoping to be at BPEL 6 and EG at 5 within a year. Please any information or even feedback to reassure me will be appreciated. I also want to mention that the amount of time I have free is little to none and I’m not looking to exceed 30 minutes a day in exercises.. I work over 80 hours a week and PE will be cutting into what little sleep I do get.
