Too erect to jelq?
Before I start this thread, I am a new member to this forum as well as to PE in general. Lately, I have found it relatively difficult to continue training without reaching out to more experienced people. So, here it goes:
When I try jelqing and/or stretching, I find it difficult to stay within the range of erection needed to do the exercise. These exercises require at least some erection, but whenever I try, I easily become fully erect. I read that jelqing with a full erection is dangerous; more so, it’s practically impossible to stretch with an erection. With this, I accumulate much dead space in between exercises to allow my erection to soften. What should take no more than 20 minutes for a beginner generally ends up consuming twice that amount of time, causing me to get discouraged.
With that all said, is there a way to work on keeping my erections at bay while jelqing/stretching?? I have high hopes for PE and I hope to find a solution for this issue.
