Thunder's Place

The big penis and mens' sexual health source, increasing penis size around the world.

Tough decision ahead

I GUARANTEE you will be sorry if you have surgery! You need therapy and PE. You already have a GOAL size for a ton of men! There will come a time that you will accept that but I get it. I was rushing PE until I made gains and now I’m enjoying it and cruising. My stats are only a hair away from yours and I can ROCK a chick with this! Wanna feel better? STOP talking about your dick with chicks and just concentrate on the sex. If it’s good… who cares how big it is? And most of my gains came from pumping and jelqing. Took 2 years. Used a Penomet.

Started 5.5 x 4.2 Feb 2015

Current 7.25 x 5.5 - 6.25 Base girth?

Goal 7.75 x 5.75?

Any update where you are about your decision?

I’m seriously interested about your actual state of thoughts.

Best regards

Richard65

I haven’t jumped the gun on the surgery yet. In fact, since this thread was created I’ve taken a decon. I only pumped for the first time 2 nights ago and wore the extender yesterday and am wearing it today. But is there maybe a “not so newbie” routine I should be doing at this point? Considering I’ve been doing PE for a year and half now but allegedly not correctly, of have been over training.

I’m going to be as blunt as possible only because I think I’m helping you: surgery is dumb as shit. You have an above-average penis size (guess: 80th percentile, meaning you’re bigger than 4/5s of the population) that can fill most girls. Like I said, I’m going to be honest. If they’re not liking the sex it’s because you’re just not that good. Luckily, that’s improvable. I wish that was my only problem.

Higher. It’s actually 99th percentile according to https://calcsd.bitballoon.com .

I’ve read a bunch of these threads in the past month, here and elsewhere, and I don’t understand why no one ever makes this suggestion: you should talk to a therapist.

You’ve basically said you know intellectually that your penis is good. You want to make it bigger because of insecurity. Well the security you’re looking for doesn’t have to come from outside yourself—you can also find it from within by dealing directly with your emotional issues. If you have the money to spend on permanent surgery with questionable outcomes, you have the money to see a professional sex therapist who’s trained to deal with these kinds of insecurities.

Maybe no one ever says this because it feels hypocritical. I mean, I’m here, too—on a PE forum, trying to get a bigger penis. But I think it’s important to have your head on straight about why you’re doing it and what it’s worth. And you’re going to be a lot better off learning to feel good about the big penis you already have than ruining it trying to wallpaper over your bad feelings.

(And 1 in 4 adults will suffer from a mental illness. Therapy is nothing to be ashamed of. I’ve done it. It was helpful.)

Why the Smithsonian? Because you could walk around it for a week and not see the whole thing.

A lot of guys lose length after surgery rather than gain…

I know what the average is and that I’m slightly above average. But I don’t want a slightly above average size just like I don’t want to hear women talk about how they prefer bigger anymore. I don’t have unreasonable expectations for gains or size. And I’m sorry but no therapist on earth will change my mind about how I feel. I know there are risks with surgery but there HAS to be some success stories too? Not EVERY guy who’s had surgery has come out with a smaller deformed penis right? And it’s not a “fast lane” decision either. Like I’ve said, I’ve stretched, jelqed, pumped, extended .all to no avail. It’s great that all seems to work for some of the other members on here. But it doesn’t for me.

You are displaying neither logic nor rationality.

The few guys on this forum who have had surgery ended up saying ‘i just wish I could go back to what I had’.

You don’t surgically mess around with a complex vascular structure like the penis and come out a winner.

For all the above reasons, and more… don’t do it. I’ve yet to read anybody who has been happy with there decision, long term. You will find some short term feel good stories, but they are few and far between.

Are you really willing to risk it all for a small chance of success, when the likely outcome will be, ED, loss of size, and a Frankenstein looking penis, that women will run I mile away from…. and yes they will run.

What I would suggest, is to listen to the experienced guys here at Thunders, and follow the Routines they recommend. A couple of examples come to mind… proper heat, proper decons, and following the Routines recommended… starting with the Newbie Routine after your decon.

You seem to be doing what ever the fuck you want (excuse my French ;) ), then wondering why it doesn’t work. You’re the first person not to get newbie gains that I’ve read about for a very long time… you should get a medal. :)

Also, if you still are bent on getting the surgery, even after all the good advice… I sure as hell hope you have a big bank account. From what I hear, nearly everyone needs more than one surgery, mostly to fix fuck ups. And they still charge you for fixing fuck ups… plus flights, hotels, and nurses to stay with you.

Anyway good luck, and I hope you make the right decision, which of course is no surgery. ;)

Yeah, that sounds like a plan to my ears. A “nit-so newbie routine” would be probably the linear newbie routine. Has the perfect bottom-up approach. Try it on a 1on/2off frequency for the first month, then 2/2, then 3/2 up to 5/2 in the fifh month.

Steadily approaching your individual zone of gains. And please start keeping a detailed logbook, because I personally mightask some prettydetailed questions next time. The first 15 were just superficial :-)

Happy gaining

Hey SkinsJB

How is it going? How do you feel?
Haven’t read a line from your side in the last 10 days.

Everything OK?

I’ve decided to not be hasty. I’ve set up the following routine for myself based on the newbie with a slight alteration.
(5 minute manual stretch and warm up / 20 minute jelq) 2 on 1 off. 15 minute pump at night on the day off in 5 minute increments. I’m going to leave the extender out of It for now and give this routine 6 months and see how it feels and if it produces any results at all. If not, I’m going to opt for a filler procedure. I had a talk with an ex this last week about this whole thing and although she says there’s nothing wrong with my size, she did agree that I’m smaller. Which of course made me wanna call the doctors immediately. But I’m giving this one last shot. So fingers crossed that I’m as lucky as you guys and can actually create some gains! Cheers

The newbie routine is great, I remember gaining from it when in the first 2 months.

Please, just don’t go trough with the surgery. So many things could go wrong.

But we're never gonna survive, unless we get a little crazy.

I do cross my fingers indeed. And I think that you are in the steep part of the learning curve - not about PE, but about yourself and your feelings too.

Maybe these two links give you some ideas for an objective feedback:
- https://calcsd. … alloon.com/full

You are nowhere in the small department as starting size. And with some PE, you will be in the top 10 or even 5 percent in every dimension.

How does that feel, reading your own statistics in comparison to the population average?
