Tracking Activity
Hi there,
I’ve been reading the forums for a little while and trying to absorb as much as I can to help me with getting into a routine and making some real progress with penis enlargement. I’ve recently found something that’s helped me with tracking activity and wanted to share in case it’s useful for anyone else.
I could never remember what exercises etc I’d done from day to day and looked for an app to keep track. I tried a workout tracking app first but it didn’t really work. I decided to look for something more akin to project management and found/started using an app called Clockify.
I’ve set up some vague activity names and just start a timer when I begin a set of a particular activity and hit stop when I’ve finished. I’m only just getting into a regular routine but it’s pretty gratifying to see the hours start to mount up. Once I’d got my head around it, I’ve found it really quick and easy to use. I’m hoping it’ll give some guidance on what works if I notice some decent gains and can link them to a change in activity etc.
I’ve attached a couple of screenshots from the app but it also links to more detailed reports on their website - haven’t got my head around those yet though, the app based info is enough for me for now 🙂
