If you could hang, and then follow it up with a traction device you’d probably see even better results. Do you ever feel fatigue from your traction work?

For me, 4 Hg feels like a moderate pull in all directions. It’s not uncomfortable in the least, and I would class it as mild pressure. More and more I’m seeing the worth in putting the main enlargement work in the jelqing section of your routine, and then pumping up to about 4-5 Hg to engorge your unit with fresh blood and also keep it at it’s (new) maximum size for a few 10 minute sets.
If you’re jelqing for size and pumping up post-jelq like mentioned above, then Avocet would probably recommend you do not exceed 10 minutes, as there will probably be more worth in releasing the pressure, jelqing, then having another short session with fresh blood (and thus fresh nutrients).
