Traction wrapping and pre gym pe routine question
I want to incorporate traction wrapping into my routine and switch my pe to either workouts I do before I go to the gym or on my days off. What would be better? And as far as wrapping should I gradually increase to 8 hours or start from 8 hours?
I’m going to incorporate traction wrapping and constant heat via a 15 min heat wrap and then do a full routine under an IR heat lamp. I’d also like to fit edging in there somewhere. Maybe either post pe or on my off days.
