For the past couple weeks I have been jelqing every way. By that I mean ALL levels of intensity and different times. From light jelqing for 15 minutes to intense jelqing for a half hour and I don’t feel properly worked out. Nothing is happening. I am a tiny bit plumped RIGHT after jelqing then I jump into a nice warm shower and always a few minutes later I just shrivel back to total flaccidity. For the rest of the day my penis is not doing anything special. I don’t see ANY expansion during or after exercise and it’s bothering me a lot. I try hard I end up overworking my penis but anything less than really hard doesn’t really do anything. I’ve been experimenting for a couple months now, I don’t want to waste anymore time. Anyone else have this problem? Where they don’t see ANY indicators after a workout and still gain? If this is fixable let me know.

Just keep it up. Try a cock ring for after your workout to keep the pump. Are you warming up before you begin your routine?

You might need more times to prove that you can do it! And we know you can do it. You’ll gain at least 1” for your next six months of workout :)

So your problem is if you’ll gain even you don’t see any indicator at the end of every workout. Yes of course, why not?

How long should you wear the cock ring?

Thanks so much for the replies and yes I do a warmup. Heating pad for 5 to 10 minutes. I’ll just keep on jelqing.

Well to each is their own, but I wear mine a lot. Right after a workout I usually wear it until the pump is gone. In the morning , I wake up with wood get a good engorgement and throw on the ring almost all day. I use Monty’s weight all day and clamp throughout the day and use the ring to hold the engorgement for a longer period. I also use it for the same reasons after I pump. I think the ring great for holding engorgement’s longer. It is tight enough to do so but giving enough not to cut off circulation.

Keep it up, don’t give up to early. Determination and persistence are very important for gaining. You might take a look at advanced exercises, that of course when you did the newbie routine for 3 months consistently.

Thanks Bird I’m not gonna give up but I just want to see SOME sort of physical indication I am doing the exercises right. Maybe I don’t have physical indicators, who knows. By the way I need to change my sig, my ERECT LENGTH is 7 inches bone-pressed still, but my flaccid stretch length is 8 inches. Go figure. :D

I know everyone here says to stick to the newbie routine and only the newbie routine for the first three months and that may in fact be good advice, but I think pumping is safe. If you were to go the pumpers forum, they have their own newbie routine laid out, courtesy of Avocet. So I basically do the “real” newbie routine along side the pumping newbie routine with a day off thrown in every several days for recovery.

When I start my workout I like to pump first because it doesn’t take any effort, which is important if you have a problem with procrastination. It’s also nice because pumping gives you instant gratification when you’re done - and it’s fun jelqing a post pump chubby. Plus, once you’ve completed your pumping session you’ve already committed yourself to the workout and don’t mind finishing off with the newbie routine.

Like I said I haven’t gotten injured and if you follow Avocet’s directions for breaking yourself in, I’m sure you’ll be fine. The other thing I like about pumping is that it takes away some of the guess work. You pretty much know you’re doing it right because there’s not a lot of technique involved. If you’re worried about whether or not you’re doing things right adding pumping to your routine might make you feel better about it and keep you motivated.

I’ve only been PEing for about 3 weeks now. I can’t say what my real gains are for sure because I think my erections are stronger which might account for a lot of what I see as gains, but my girth is already 3/16s of an inch girthier and my length has grown about a quarter to a half an inch depending on when I measure. But there’s definitely been growth to some degree, in both the flaccid and erect state.
