I’ve read that you need to stretch your tunica to effect the length so what type of exercises can stretch your tunica as far as manual stretching and jelqing thank you .

I feel my collagen is strong because afte 3 months with BIB system, climbed up to 14 pound, invested many hours a day, and got 3 milimetres.
Doing another 3 months in extender, got 5 milimetres using low tension. So in my case, it´s far less effective to use strong pull forces.

I may try constant fulcrum in stretcher but i dont think that will work much

Downward fulcrum stretching is effective because it targets the dorsal side of the penis, where is the tunica that covers the corpora cavernosa bodies. So in theory it will reduce slightly over time the upward curve. An upward curve means that the ventral side is longer than the dorsal, so an exercise that lengths and targets the dorsal side should have an impact. I have an upward curve too but it hasn’t change from all the downward fulcrums i have done. My penis is just longer in both sides with the same upward curve, maybe it takes more time and it’s a very slow process.

That being said its an exercise that gave me great gains. Doing it erect it’s a big NO in my opinion and it can lead to serious injuries. The tunica during an erection is more stiff and less deformable, so its not effective either. Stretching should be done only in flaccid state, because the blood inside the CC doesn’t help you achieve the proper lengthwise expansion.

You are right that higher forces may don’t work in your case. If your tunica is strong the more effective way to gain is through more time and less force.
Fulcrum stretching doesn’t require to pull like crazy, the force provided from the fulcrum is already enough. I try hold for some minutes and i try to reach a longer state during the fulcrum stretch, i don’t pull with power in order to hold it. If you can combine fulrcums with heat they can be even more effective. You can do them after the extending for some minutes few times a week.

I am now putting it to practice.
I applied a fulcrum to the extender rods, and I am heating constantly. I am in the 800-900 gram area.

After around 3 hours extending, I already broke my all time longer statein the extender. Seems like this adds an edge of effectiveness to extender.

But you in the end acknowledge no corrrection to the upward curve, right? only a overal gain.

Yes only length gains no upward curve correction. I don’t really care about It since i have no problem with my curve. I will be interested to know if someone has changed an upward curve with fulcrum stretching.

I mean the extender because i believe is a better low force-more time approach than hanging.

So there it not Manual stretches that with just hands no extenders could stretch your tunica to increase length

Of course there are!

All the simple manual stretches at least in part target the tunica, but only one of the two layers.

The tunica is made up of two layers, in which each layer has long parallel fibers. One layer is in line with the length of your penis (this one is stretched with manual stretches), and the other is arranged perpendicular. The second layer is targeted with girth exercises like manual squeezes and clamping, whereas things like jelqing and pumping target both layers simultaneously.

Heat before exercising helps a lot with results.
