Hey, this is my first post! I’ve been PEing for about 2 weeks, and I’ve noticed that my Penis has gotten a lot more flexible and stretchy, however when it’s flaccid during the day it turtles to about an inch or less (which is normal for me , but not less than an inch.).

I’ve been following the newbie routine and trying my best not to over do it.

Should I think about an ADS? Or just not worry to much..

Just keep doing what you are doing and stay aware of not over doing it. Losing flaccid size or erection strength are some signs of going overboard, so if that is happening, back off a bit in either pressure or time. Trying to make things happen fast by using a lot of pressure is usually counter productive.

Thanks for the info, I haven’t lost any erection strength.actually it’s quite the opposite, the erection strength is extremely strong since I started.weird. In any case, I’ll keep ‘not over doing it’ in mind, thanks again.

The only issue I have with the flaccid length.is well just that.the flaccid length sucks, and to tell the truth I’m embarrassed to walk around the gym with it .*sob* I’ve never said that out loud or written it.I think I’m having a break through ehehhe. Thanks again.

What gprent said is good advice: Overdoing it will definitely make you turtle more. As far as an ADS, I wouldn’t worry too much about it now. Later when you are conditioned enough for hanging or even just more intense stretches, most definitely look into building or buying a good ADS. For now read up on Fowfering. This is a good way to fight retraction while sitting at you computer or watching TV. Anywhere you sit, sit on your dick. (:

I wear a HTW (hair tie wrap) when I’m not using my ADS or doing PE.
Keeps my unit at about 80% flaccid stretched.

Works pretty good.

For an ads you should look into Montys pe weights.I think it would be a good idea for us newbies to try out before venturing into heavy weight hanging.

I’ve been using three golf weights all day, with some stretch wrap tape by the glans for slippage and glans protection. I walked the dogs yesterday, mowed the lawn, did yard work etc.. Try two if you are not sure. I started the newbie routine three days ago. Sleep with your penis pulled back through your legs while lying on your side. Never let it turtle.

Actually it’s quite easy. It’s about 12” long once cut x 1/2” wide un-stretched.

Start rolling one end on itself approx 15 turns and apply like a condom. (It will stretched quite a bit).

I roll the excess back over the head for extra support and protection. I also have a silicone ring at the base rolled within the fabric.

Keeps me at 80 to 90% stretched all the time. It’s not stiff like ace bandages and it’s not bulky.

You can even add more HTW if you want.

Definitely not turtling.

I have been PEing since January, and must say that my turtle is all but gone. I depends on how I am sitting really but otherwise my flaccid length has improved. I started off jelqing in the beginning and wound up with a tortoise. Cool, but not what I was aiming for since I am fine with my girth. I appreciated the increased prominence though.

Now my routine is primarily stretches and hanging and fowfers at night. I think overnight fowfers made a difference for me. Also the occasional pull here and there between hanging and stretching have been beneficial for me too.

Once in a while, if I remember and have the time, I use a wrap. I couldn’t find the TheraP that has been mentioned elsewhere. Instead I have been using that ace bandage that is self adhesive-2 inch wide. I cut a piece about 12 inches long and fold in half lengthwise for a 1x12 strip. I stretch my penis and wrap it around the base. It keeps me pulled out and helps with retaining engorgement. Since the wrap is a little stretchy and tacky, it stays nice and snug and stays put and reusable/washable.

I did this during the summer “freeballing” with shorts. The Mrs. Never said anything, but I caught her looking a few times.

The HTW sounds interesting. I’ll have to try it.

WallMart, your one stop PE store

Get the CableClamps at Wall-Marts or Home Depot on the same isle as extension cords. Get the neoprene wraps at Wall-Mart by the pharmacy on the isle with all the athletic bandages, like Ace bandages. You can’t get the TheraP anymore unless you order it from their website, but there are several other neoprene wraps that work just as well if not better all hanging there together: The elbow, knee, wrist, wraps all are fine you just have to find what fits your dick. The golf weights are also at WallyWorld over in sporting goods right next to golf clubs. But forget these and get the lead weights from Monty. Three of the lead weights weigh more than five of the cheap golf weights. Trust me on this. Even if you only order one peweight you are better off. I’m not sure Monty can ship just one, but it never hurts to ask.
