I have been PEing since January, and must say that my turtle is all but gone. I depends on how I am sitting really but otherwise my flaccid length has improved. I started off jelqing in the beginning and wound up with a tortoise. Cool, but not what I was aiming for since I am fine with my girth. I appreciated the increased prominence though.
Now my routine is primarily stretches and hanging and fowfers at night. I think overnight fowfers made a difference for me. Also the occasional pull here and there between hanging and stretching have been beneficial for me too.
Once in a while, if I remember and have the time, I use a wrap. I couldn’t find the TheraP that has been mentioned elsewhere. Instead I have been using that ace bandage that is self adhesive-2 inch wide. I cut a piece about 12 inches long and fold in half lengthwise for a 1x12 strip. I stretch my penis and wrap it around the base. It keeps me pulled out and helps with retaining engorgement. Since the wrap is a little stretchy and tacky, it stays nice and snug and stays put and reusable/washable.
I did this during the summer “freeballing” with shorts. The Mrs. Never said anything, but I caught her looking a few times.
The HTW sounds interesting. I’ll have to try it.
