Turtling whilst stretching
Hi guys, ok I’m newish to PE. Just realised I’m overtraining and treating my little warrior far too rough.
So I’ve started all over again, with a very regimented Newbie routine.
Now I’m starting to stretch until the first signs of gentle resistance, then slowly slowly increase if I can without putting too much strain. My penis is actually hanging lower too. But I’m noticing that when I’m stretching my penis starts to turtle a bit now, so I feel resistance and I have to let go of the stretch a bit.
Any ideas?
Also just to add I’m noticing that my balls are not hanging so much but more tighter like when you are cold. But I can honestly say there is no way I’m pulling to hard or over working now, I’m taking it very easy, infact maybe too gentle.
