Two peculiar injuries

Hello all, please let me know if you have insight into either of these injuries.
The first is a slight, almost unnoticeable ache around the left base of my penis. It’s hard to pinpoint where it is and it may actually be on the pubic pad. I’ve had it for about 4 months, but I haven’t done anything about it, as I initially thought it would go away and later decided it wasn’t important because it has had no apparent effect on my penis and, as I say, it was barely noticeable. I masturbate a lot (currently multiple times a day), and have been doing so since when this ache first became apparent. It doesn’t bother me that much but if there was an obvious fix, EG. Don’t masturbate or PE for a month or do some kind of stretch, then I would do so.

Secondly, I have a darker area of about a square inch on my foreskin. Not only is it darker, but the grooves where the skin folds appear to be deeper in this area. I started PE recently (in the last few days) and I think (but am not sure) this popped up before then. It could be a bruise from when I caught my foreskin in the zipper of my trousers (I don’t wear underwear), which I think happened roughly two weeks ago, but if that were so, I would have imagined it would have healed by now. The reason I am concerned is because when I started PE this week, my first two sessions were quite careless (dry jelqs with a 80% erection), so I am wondering if it is result of that. Peculiarly, the discoloration seems to be hardly visible when I stretch the foreskin out. It is only when it is bunched together that it seems strikingly obvious. This does bother me, so any insight on this issue and potential solutions would be greatly appreciated.

You would need to tell us your PE routine. I only see that you mention dry jelqs. If you use a pump, that might account for injury #1.

Of course, I forgot. I was doing the newbie routine. (hot wrap then stretches then jelqs). As I say, I was doing dry jelqs in the place of standard jelqs.
I think I might take two weeks off from any contact with my penis, other than gentle washing. That seems like the best bet to let anything that has happened repair. I’ll then see where I’m at from there.
