Bumping the thread. I’m a manual-only guy, and am wondering about jelq-only girth gains over the course of a year. I am four months in, and have seen about almost 0.5” length, and girth feels bigger but not reliably measurable. Maybe 1/8” to 1/4” girth, ish, but it is not consistently present. These are probably still newbie gains, but I hope to ride it out for a bit longer. We’ll see.

I want to stick to manual-only routines, because I am a purist and minimalist when it comes to improving my body, including the gym and diet. I want to avoid medicines such as Viagra, as well as devices, and keep to the more traditional methods.

So can anyone add anything to this thread for manual-only girthing? This includes finger clamping, squeezing and of course jelqing, along with girth-oriented stretches such as orange bends etc.

I’m looking for feedback from anyone who gains or has gained girth without pumping and hanging, and especially for more results as they might be seen over the course of a year.

PS, that pretty much describes my girth routine. Soft jelq, then harder as the erection improves, up to squeezing/bending and then finger clamping followed by clamp-edge, two or three times per week as PI allows. Usually a 20-30 minute session. I’ve noticed some soreness in my meat, so it is certainly creating positive pressure.

I’ve gained over a half an inch in girth since I started PE nearly two years ago, strictly from manuals, that is stretching, jelqing, and various squeezes.

For the first year or so I basically did the newbie routine. Since that time, I’ve been concentrating moreso on length routines.

But yes it is possible to gain in the girth department strictly from manuals. I’m living proof of it.

You’re only four months in. My girth gains just started kicking in after about four months. Like you, my length gains seemed to come quicker but eventually stalled. But stay with the manuals, it seems to me that you’re heading in the right direction. Stay patient and focused and you’ll reach your goals.
