Bumping the thread. I’m a manual-only guy, and am wondering about jelq-only girth gains over the course of a year. I am four months in, and have seen about almost 0.5” length, and girth feels bigger but not reliably measurable. Maybe 1/8” to 1/4” girth, ish, but it is not consistently present. These are probably still newbie gains, but I hope to ride it out for a bit longer. We’ll see.
I want to stick to manual-only routines, because I am a purist and minimalist when it comes to improving my body, including the gym and diet. I want to avoid medicines such as Viagra, as well as devices, and keep to the more traditional methods.
So can anyone add anything to this thread for manual-only girthing? This includes finger clamping, squeezing and of course jelqing, along with girth-oriented stretches such as orange bends etc.
I’m looking for feedback from anyone who gains or has gained girth without pumping and hanging, and especially for more results as they might be seen over the course of a year.
