It’s best to use a COCK RING rather then a rubber band because the cirulation is cut off twice as hard. Using the rubber band over 10 minutes can cause damage to the nerves in the penis.

I’ve heard of a guy using a ziptie while having sex so im sure you could ingage in a sexual activity with a rubberband on but I dont know how safe it would be. A small condom should have the same effect as a rubberband i would think.
