Yes. It makes sense: if you try to stretch your penis, the less blood you have in it, the easier to stretch. So, the reaction of your body to prolonged stretch would probably be to contract smooth muscle so there is less force fighting the stretch. When smooth muscle is contracted, there is less blood inside the penis. That’s why I think that a drop in EQ isn’t necessarily a negative PI when one is focusing on length.

I did it like this:
AQ 1: pull the forskin back, then make sure that the penis head and the area around the head is dry, so that wen you pull it it won’t slip.
Hands has to be dry, make a ok-grip just behind the penis head and pull, hold it stable and give it more force as time passes. Pull for a 60-90 sec. Giving it stable force. Do it 5-10 times.
AQ2: You’ll should feel a strong stretch without any pain.

Marinera, can the tunica act in similar way of other connective tissues(ligaments,tendons,etc) by actually shortening ,trying to heal? Because , IIRC if your penis becomes hard , the vasodilatation of smooth muscle presses against the tunica and when the tunica is at it’s maximum it feels “hard”. I think this was mentioned also on that “tgc theory ” by remek,iguana. What I’m saying is that can the tunica shortening cause a drop in EL/EG and not the smooth muscle?

I think it can, reacting like an elastic, a rubber band to figure it out. I think in te vast majority of cases the shortening will be just temporary: once recovered, TA will be long as before, if not more. But if the stress is too much, probably the damage will be repaired making the TA tougher, so it’s not impossible to lose achieved gains (missing the so called ‘cementing’) or making future gains harder to achieve. That’s why we always suggest to use the least amount of force that can carry gains.

Some nice tips, I will give them a try, because I used to avoid stretches before, but now i am serious and determined to reach those 7 inches. Every time i stretch my penis, after few seconds, i end up holding and squeezing the glans! My short frenulum is not helping me either.
