Uncut BIB hanger

Hey, guys. I am uncut and I’m hanging with the BIB hanger but I worry that I might be not attaching it correctly. My question is - is it normal when a uncut guy is hanging for example BTC or SD the skin at the base to not be loose like its supposed to, no matter what I try my skin at the base is always stretched and not loose even if I make the grip with my hands and grasp the internals effectively when I apply enough force and pull my penis down my skin at the base is getting stretched actually I’m not sure if this is my skin or my ligs.. I think both.. What do you think guys ?
