Big G is correct with this, but if you are not in good shape and are starting to experience this, it can lead to diabetes. You should see a doctor. Also, getting back to what I was going with this is, I know several guys that had a problem similar to this in the early stage, and started running and exercising and beat the problem, it has been said that one can over come or prolong the diabetes thing with getting into shape although hereditary is a factor.

oratom is also correct, in older men, but younger men are and have been experiencing enlarged prostate. Back in the olden days when I grew up, a physical for a young guy did not include the prostate examination because only older gents could only get the enlarged prostate, WRONG!, at the age of 28, I experience and was diagnosed with an enlarged prostate. Pissing was a problem, Frequent or trickling and not even knowing it. I work with young engineers whom get physicals and joke about the prostate examination that they received and they are around 23 - 24 years of age. Go see a Doctor if you see this to be major problem.
Also, what is your PE routine like, are you over doing it, and what is your schedule on PE? One more thing with no disrespect what so ever, and you do not have to answer this, How old are you? (don’t answer this if you do not feel comfortable). I will tell that I am not a Doctor, but once again, you should get an exam. By the way, I am 44 years of age.
