US Autosound applicator compatibility

Hi :)

I have gone through most, if not all of the post I could find on us devices.
Is there anything wrong with the search function? If I type in Autosound or us, I get 0 hits.

I want to buy the US Autosound applicator but is there a cheaper alternative than the Winner EVO or Therasound EVO Devices that are compatible?

If not, I would appreciate it if someone could tell me which of the Winner EVO or Therasound EVO cameras is the best value for money.
