Hi, this is my first ever post on this forum and I’m glad to be doing it now. I started PE about 2 and a half months ago and I can gladly say I have already gained a full 1/2 inch in overall length and now a proud 7”. And it was so easy. I tried not to over train, had patience and the results show. I was skeptical to when I started PE but now I’m convinced that it really does work. I can owe my first 1/4” I think to EQ which I gained within 2 weeks of a manual stretch and minor jelqing routine concentrating mostly on stretches. I am going to continue my PE until I am satisfied with my unit and I am well on the way of being “very” satisfied. So anyone who is skeptical to start, take your time and results will show. Go easy and be patient and I am sure you will have results as I have. Good luck.

Hey what exactly does stretching involve? Is it simply stretching your penis?

Yeah that’s pretty much it. I stretch right, left, outward, counter-clockwise, and clockwise for a minute each. I do three sets in each direction. It’s pretty easy.
