Using a medical incontinence device as a clamp.
Hi, this is my first post. I’ve been perusing the forum for a couple of weeks or so now and getting into the swing of PE.
I am primarily going for girth, O stretches and clamping seems to be the right thing for me. I’ve managed to find a lot of good advice about how all of this works and also what NOT to do.
The cable clamp seems to be the ruling device people have used or suggested when clamping but I find that my thumb and index finger work better for me. This has definitely worked my grip strength holding a clamp with my hand for 8-10 mins at a time. The cable clamp and wrap are a bit too uncomfortable for my taste.

Has anyone tried using an incontinence device as a clamp, only using it vertically instead of horizontally as it was originally intended? I want to give it a try and see how it feels.
