Found this on YouTube and wanted to post here for comment (moderators, if this isn’t the correct forum please move it to the appropriate forum). I remember that Tutt had talked about a RF device for PE as being another route for heating the tunica albuginea but that the devices that he was familiar with were too expensive. I have been wondering if this device would work instead. Unfortunately, this device is currently not available in the US.

One can pull up articles and study results for this device. Very interesting. The RF waves essentially generate heat. Perhaps not unlike the ultra sound method discussed here in detail (see Kyrpa, etc). But, it seems the particular wave length also has some regenerative benefit that (per the referenced study) showed an 85% success rate of getting to the highest level of erection quality. It also occurred to me that, as the device is to be used from root advanced out to tip, that the warming function may also allow a straight-out hang with a vacuum cup similar to the US protocol. It seems there are two "sets" of 15 minutes each, the first just with the device as-shown, the second done similarly, but with an attachment that contacts the perineum so the waves go up the entire internal penis as well.

But…it costs 1200 Pounds at the moment….
