Very weird and disturbing health problem after Jelq

Hello and sorry for my bad English:

After Jelq (even hours after jelq) I experience some small pressure in my head (not penis head;) ).It feels (I’m guessing) like blood/oxygen don’t fill my head properly. Also similar effect you can have when you stand on your head.

More Jelq=more pressure after.. So I’m afraid to do this exercise. Anyone have idea whats wrong with me? My penis takes blood from my head? Should I go to doctor and tell after PE I have such weird feelings?

How is your general health? Are you able to exercise without any ill effects?

I have small problems with heart (but doctors says I can exercise even hard) and I’m constantly a little cold (I have very sensitive throat and ears).

I exercise everyday (30 min and sometimes more) without any problems.

You might try doing something as simple as making sure you are breathing properly when you jelq. I have a bad habit of holding my breath sometimes when doing small tasks and perhaps you are inadvertently holding your breath while jelqing.

I was just about to post those exact words. =) As with any exercise, breathing is key! I found this out in my first ever jelqing session. Same problem I had when beginning weight training a long time ago - seems that a lot of folks (myself included) hold their breath when “straining.”

Yes, I have habit to hold the breath when exercise.. I must admit I completely forget about breathing at jelqing. Next time I will remember.. Thanks guys!

But still.. Why I feel this small pressure even hours after jelq.. I understand some minutes but hours?

I don’t know, but see if proper breathing doesn’t fix everything. Like I said, I have a bad habit to hold my breath doing small chores, like cutting the grass or vacuuming the floor, or washing the car. Maybe you hold your breath more often then you think also.

I can get more winded vacuuming the house and not breathing then I do lifting weights for an hour, when I know I am breathing properly because a concentrate on it.
