Video download help

Sorry to bother those with technical brilliance, but I am unable to download the tutorial videos. I hit the download video button and it goes to a screen that indicates opening, but it never does. I’m a real newbie, as in second day, and want to make sure I do this correctly. Btw, I did a search and FAQs search.

Hope to get some pics this weekend. I haven’t done a BP measurement but without it, I’m 7” length, BP should add a bit more and at the base I’m 6” circumference. I’ll do accurate measurements this weekend. Trying to read all I can.
