VISUALIZATION Meditation - How I Do It

Greetings friends!
I will be honest. I wasn’t born big, just like all of you. I was a handsome guy, but then I got ill and thanks to medicine my weight went quite up. Now I am taking medicine only as a safe thing to not have a Bad time. I am taking special shots, that don’t affect my nerve system and the weight is slowly going down. But not by itself. I was exercising and going for 8 km quick step walks, but I stopped somehow. The I discovered something, that changed my life for good. I discovered meditation, visualization, my own energy and all these things. Now it is quite funny. Instill have a belly, but my biceps is bigger than ever. Not a fitness freak, but for someone, who was not in gym for two years, it’s heck of a impressive. I use all things mentioned to loose fat and gain muscle cells. Sounds like nonsense? Let me tell you, that the feeling I have after I do it is just like you exercise but different. You can feel fatigue in muscles you focus on. And so it got me thinking. Why mot use it for PE? So i started like a week ago, and I must say the results are there. Autosuggestion, you may add. But that is just scientific bull crap, there is a very thin line between autosuggestion and what can be and is possible.

We all have this gift of using our own energy to do unimaginable things. I saw a video on YouTube, Johnny Sins Q&A. He said you cannot do PE at all. Lies. I am the proof. I mean I don’t have an elephant down there after one week, but I have results. I only believed in myself and in the power of my own energy. And I have not learn it by any weird PE pay site, or by visiting Buddhist temple. And so, guys, this is for all of you with open mind and heart, forever for free. Spread this if you want, wherever you want. Just be positive and trust me. It will make even your personal life so much more rich and beautiful.
My weight loss / PE routine

A ) Sit down, in comfortable position. You may sit on a chair with your legs on a ground, or in lotus/ half lotus position. Just don’t lay down on your back, in my experience its not as effective but you may find you’s different

B ) put your one hand or both of your hands on your penis. Your palm/palms should be touching it.

C ) still hold your penis like this and close your eyes. Start to breathe slowly and deeply and keep focusing on your breath This IS VERY IMPORTANT!! Just focus on your breathing on each inhale and exhale. Do this until you are relaxed. There will be thoughts and emotions coming in in your head. That is fine, as long as you focus on your breath.

D ) you can start visualising now. Do whatever works for you. You can imagine creating new tissue cells, veins, muscle cells. You can imagine a tiny beam of light shining down from above, doing all the work. Really, you are you own guide with this.

E) you should start to feel something. It is almost like getting an erection in very slow way. That all fine. Maybe you will feel warmth in that area. Again that is fine. Don’t stretch anything, do nothing physical. You are only gently touching your penis with one or both your hands, breathing and visualising.

F) do this for as long as you need. 5 minutes or one hour. Just be consistent and endure. If you will focus on your breathing, you will feel relaxed and free of any burden. It really helps to keep focused in every aspect of sour life. You will change, become more positive and open hear-ted and your inner energy will change for better. This and you will loose weight and do PE.

G) this is the important part. After you are finished, each day check for feelings. If you are doing PE or weight loss, that doesn’t matter. What matters is this. In area you focused on, you should feel strange sensation and feeling. It is almost like you penis was just doing push ups and bench pressing at the same time. But you won’t feel tired or you of steam like you feel when you exit the gym. This Feeling won’t last whole day, but if it is there, than you are doing it right.

H) don’t measure too often. Make consistent but far away measurements.

I) Believe and you will get there. Just BELIEVE!! This is the very most IˇImportant part

I hope it helps at least one of you. Then it will be a good job done. Or I am a superhero haha :) ) nah, I am not a superhero. Everybody can do this, not just me. Just don’t expect to be a porn star in one week. It will take time. But its as safe as it can be. You cannot hurt yourself with this. You are using your own energy, not weights and strange pills. It is free and safe. Trust me, it is like a drug. Legal and positive drug.

Okay guys I found a great article here on these forums on meditation. Just read it as well, it is from one of the staff of this forum. I just wrote how I do it. Your routine can be different. I just finished mine and I’ll be doing more today. Thing is you cannot go wrong with this. Only thing is don’t overdo it, you don’t want to end with 20 inches right? :) ))

I just did a search for meditation, as I’m seeking some guided meditation for my PE practice, or something to accompany me as I jelq. Thanks for posting this process. I’ve done some similar things, as well, and have found them supportive.
