Warm shower equivalent to hot wrap

To each their own, but I think the dry, warm heat that a rice sock or IR lamp provides penetrates and warms more effectively than moderately warm water ever will. Especially when you can massage in the heat with a rice sock.

Thanks a lot to everyone who replied, I’ll be sure to take everything in with an open mind. I reckon ill mess around with all the heating methods to find one that best suits me as a warm up. Thanks again to anyone who helped it’s much appreciated :)
