I searched around and didn’t find anyting like this, so I have a quick question.

Is it better to hot wrap flaccid, erect, or somewhere in between?

I would say somewhere in between or flaccid. When fully erect, my penis is too sensitive to the heat. I doubt it matters too much other than the matter of toleration.

i always wrap mine when it’s flacid. like almost right out of the pants.
