warming up and jelqing?
Hello, I don’t have too much privacy and was wondering instead of using a shower /bath to warm up with warm towel, is there any way I can do something in my room to warm up and then be able to just do my stretching and jelqing exercises in my room? I just got started on focusing on it, how many should I start with per day, I was thinking maybe start with 100 and then go from there maybe see ho I feel after first week and either keep same or maybe lower if I feel like it is too much, or too little and do some more each day. Thanks
