Ways to increase recovery speed
For example, would applying cold towels/cold showers or maintaining long erections (both for the purpose of more blood flushed into the penile chambers) increase recovery time? If not, how would you go about it? I’d like to be able to train 2 days on/1 day off without my penis feeling sore at all (sore in a good way, not painful; also, I train 2/1 already).
