Weak skin on penis

Weak skin on penis

Hey guys,

I have an issue. On the backside of my penis I have scattered crater shaped indentations starting at the base of the penis going about 1/3 of the way up. They can’t be any more than 1mm deep, but it’s enough to be visually noticeable if I turn my dick over and look. If I had to guess, I’d say it’s the exact area where my penis rests against my scrotum. I tried to google it but I keep getting results about other things that are much more serious.

The craters are skin colored and don’t look stressed/injured on any normal day. However, since I started PE 3-4 months ago I’ve found that this area of the penis is extremely weak and tends to get scraped up from my pump or starts to rash from my base grip on some of my girth exercises. It’s really frustrating because it’s messed with my workout a couple times now and I’ve had to take a few extra days off than planned as a result. Maybe the break is a blessing in disguise, but I’d really like to stick to the routine and take my breaks as planned.

So, anyone else have this issue? If so, any solutions? I thought about shaving that area to reduce friction, but I think it would only make it worse when the sharp stubble comes back. Is there a name for this skin anomoly?

Again it’s hardly noticeable unless you pay close attention. I could care less until I started PE and it became more of an issue.

I don’t know what it is but you can try applying some virgin olive oil. Works miracles on skin issues. Aloe vera would be nice too, but some people may be allergic to it, I don’t know. Olive oil is the best choice to smoothen and heal the skin IMO

I have reached my goal. At least for now.

Are you talking about skin chafing? I had the same problem if so.

I guess I’m talking about two things:
1) what are those small crater shaped indentations from? I’ve seen other people mention them on google but there isn’t a definitive answer on what causes it from what I saw.
2) Why is this area more prone to chafage/rash? It’s pretty tough to about contact with the base of your penis when you’re trying to do girth work : (

I’ll probably try that olive oil/moisturizer idea. Hopefully it helps.

I’m not to sure what you mean by craters, but I have had always this scar on my penis, on the bottom from birth circumcision I assume since I can remember. It’s pretty much at the base? Kind of.

But about the rash and chafing, what type of lube/ oil are you using? I had major chafing issues back then, which I had to stop PE for a few months. I came up with a couple of answers.

1. How tight you grip. Don’t choke your penis out when you jelq and stretch. It’s a sensitive piece of equipment, treat it with love and care and it’ll grow happy.

2. Allergic reactions/ Eczema. Make sure you’re not allergic to the soap you use, or the lube you are using! Hand lotions and lotions suck, they will dry your skin, which will cause more chaffing. I currently use cocoa butter creme. Always after shower mositurize penis as soaps dry the skin and make it easier to tear.

3. Always lubricate. I use generous amounts of the cocoa butter, and throughout my regime I reapply constantly. Only thing that helps not cut my skin open. This may just be me but I don’t jelq when I’m too erect, because it seems to cause chafing eventually.

4. Exercise and type of boxers. If you run, you have to find good clothes so you won’t chaff, on top of PE it puts lots of stress on your skin. Find good quality clothing.

5. Shave. I noticed the stubble around my penis starts to irritate my skin, so I always keep it clean shaved. Especially if I’m Jelqing, it seems to really irritate my skin having the hair there that constantly for an hour a day rubbing against my penis skin while I PE.

I have sensitive skin, I couldn’t find anyone else with this problem a long time ago so I kinda eventually found out. Hope this helps you, I know how it feels
You might have sensitive skin like I do, so you always just have to be more careful.

Btw, when I was having those issues, the best thing for me was to let it heal on it’s own. Aloe and all that just made it worse for me.

First thing that comes to mind is sebaceous prominence, also know as fordcye spots. Are they little white spots? I have them, many men (and women) do as well. Unfortunately it’s more noticeable on some than others.

Sadly PE has worn mines out, mines used to be so defined.. Funny, most people hate them, I wish I could get those back as defined as before.

Yes that’s it. Thank you! Only difference is that he gets them all over and I just get them in one region on the back base of the penis. I’ll try to read more about it.

It sounds most like the “Granduloma”, as it gets itchy at times and maybe I’m scratching without thinking about it, which in combination with PE might trigger the rash. I did do some clamping last week with a sock at the base that might have initially irritated the area. Maybe I have to find something more comfortable than a sock or hold off on the clamping for a while.

Edit:
Looking at pictures of the granduloma on google it seems much larger and more prominent than what I’m seeing so I dunno. I think I’ll do the smart thing and just go see a doctor. Whatever that guy has from the link above is what I seem to have though.

I used to think I had sensitive skin around the end of my penis, I had this problem for years where I thought I was tearing the skin during sex, there were small marks like holes and tears. Turns out it was only a rash or fungus. I got some steroidal cream called hydrocort, and it was resolved after only 2 days! It’s similar to the Clobesol mentioned in one of the urls above, but more suitable for more sensitive skin areas like the penis.
