Hello,

I am also an body-builder. I’d like to know the following:

1) Can I wear the PM also during my training (2h 3 day/week)? I make exercise on bench and in up, how pull-over, squat, ecc.
2) Can I wear the PM when I perform the squat exercise? (Squat is the legs-bending).

Also, I’d like to know:

1) It’s bad if I have an erection during I wear the PM?

2) If I put the PM with my member half-erect, its effect will be better (bigger cellular growth)?

3) What must I do to obtain the maximum cellular growth on the penis girth? (My girth now is about 5”, my goal is at least 7”).

First off, I’m not an authority on the PM, this is just my opinion.

I don’t see why not, as long as you can hide it!

I really don’t know. I can’t see why not, but I’m not sure if you’ll be able to do either well when combined.

It will increase your chance of injury.

Lots of hard work, regularly and spread over a long period of time. Overdo it and you damage yourself, build up incrementally and you could possibly get up to 7” (look up the member called peforeal) but that is a huge increase in volume so if you ever get there it will take a long time.

Just to confuse the issue, I’m going to disagree with the answers ICM gave for questions 1 and 2. Sorry ICM, just my best guess as well. I think wearing that device while performing weight training exercises would be an invitation to injury. It doesn’t sound like a safe idea.

I recently purchased a PM and have been a bodybuilder for many years. I think it would be unsafe to wear the PM doing any bodybuilding type of exercise. The instructions that come with the Penimaster are very specific not to wear this device for any strenuous activity. Walking short distances while wearing the device may be OK. Even then the ring that touches the base of your fat pad could induce a rash. The PM has one spring loaded metal bar on each side. As you move around, bend over, etc … these bars readjust slightly and can pinch the skin on your legs, grab hairs, etc … In general the move I move the more discomfort I experience. The device feels great when I am in a stationary position though. The last thing you want is to detract from your workout or inadvertently change your exercise form to accommodate this device.

Theoretically, since your maximum erect length should not exceed your maximum flaccid stretched length getting an erection while wearing the device shouldn’t be a problem. Your cock is strapped into a tray just behind the glans so blood flow to the head of your penis could be severely restricted. Again, the instructions recommend that you remove the device every 60 - 90 minutes and massage blood back into the penis. I definitely wouldn’t recommend putting the device on while erect. I have put the device on after a jelqing session for several hours and I have noticed that the head of my penis stays very large for hours after I remove the device. Whether this will result in a lasting increase in the size of my head I am uncertain.
