I’ve been on thunders now for about 4 months and I’ve gathered alot of information. Mostly information that I’m glad I found here and not on some other site feeding bull****.seems like everyone here is kinda like band of brothers and that kind of support does wonders for someone trying improve ones self. But enough of that I’m at a point where I’ve been doing the newbie routine for about 3 months off and on and haven’t seen any Gains that I can see visually. I’ve always had a good EQ and never had an issue with getting it up. So the work I’ve put in I feel like is a couple steps in the right direction. I’m gonna measure and post some stats in the next couple of days but I’m in the process of trying to lose weight also. I weigh right around 250 lbs and I’m 5’5 so I know I’m extremely overweight. But any advice from the experienced on here would be greatly appreciated. Maybe something to kick the newbie routine into high gear?

CLA is a good supplement to promote weight loss and muscle gain. It keeps your insides stimulated. And drinking lots of water helps too. I take CLA 3x per day.

Try very carefully, and sparingly, introducing some manual clamps/squeezes at the end of your PE workout.
Get a 100% erection, wrap your thumb and index finger around the base, as close to the pubic bone as you can, Kegel, and squeeze your fingers so that you trap the extra blood in the penis and then hold for 30-45sec.

At first only do 2 or 3 reps per workout and don’t use too much force. You can injure yourself with this exercise. Adjust as you become used to it and get used to how your penis feels during and after it.

Also, make sure you are using plenty of heat before and during your workout.

As far as weight loss, what has been working for me for the last 3-4 months has been a ketogenic diet and intermittent fasting. I’m down 35lb so far.
Intermittent fasting also boosts human growth hormone, which may theoretically help with gains from PE.

I’ve been sticking to the newbie routine religiously. I will definitely try the manual clamping. I appreciate the info. Just changing my eating habits has done wonders to how I feel. I’m at a point where I think some different will give me a boost in my journey. I was reading up on a thread that captain hook done on his homemade hanger. Just wondering if its to early in my PE to maybe introduce something like that? And I’m not sure what cla is but I’m gonna Google it. I appreciate the advice given and any given in the future.

You have a great attitude. Make sure you are focusing on every jelq and applying as much intensity as you can without injuring yourself. You must focus and feel expansion, but ensure you are not reckless and are listening carefully to your body, in this case, your penis.

How many times a week are you jelqing and for how long per session? Are you utilizing constant heat throughout the session?

Hey dude! Just started recently also. Let’s stay in this forum for the next 3 years, and I’m pretty sure we will be packing different peckers by that time. I am also on a body transformation journey (fat skinny, I am skinny, just above normal BMI but my bodyfat percentage is very high, very minimal muscle). I am 5’10. I’ve lost 8 kgs. Since about March, purely by intermittent fasting. If you haven’t yet, try learning about it. I am planning to incorporate HIIT/Tabata routines in the near future. I believe I around that time I was 89 kgs very small arms with a very high waist to hip ratio. Now I am 81 kgs with better looking arms.

Also, I gained approximately 7/12 of an inch in BPFSL over the last month and a half. I wasn’t able to measure my starting erect length though. I got this newbie gains from stretching alone, and HEAT (THIS IS THE MOST IMPORTANT THING, HEAT HEAT HEAT HEAT HEAT!). Also, PHYSIOLOGIC INDICATORS. Basically HEAT and PHYSIOLOGIC INDICATORS, I believe are the two most important things for me as of now. With PI you could have reference point if you are over and under training. It’s bad to overtrain, but your efforts would be useless if you are under training as well. So, glad to have you on board. Lets do this! Get big or die trying.

Also, I feel that being on horny goat weed helps maintain good penile circulation.

I have been using a hot bath as my warm up and warm down. Everyone else in the house likes the temp to to be around 67 degrees so I kinda figure bath is best way to loosen up.
