Well known frustration, wishing for encouragement.

45 years old, have been pumping for 5 months and although enjoyed from temporary erectile increased (when not “softy”), decided to stop due to discoloration (by the way, why no one is giving importance to temporary gains, Bodybuilding is the same, isn’t?);

Started newbie routine, with some modifications; sometimes only stretches 10 minutes twice a day for 3 days on 1 off, other weeks , 2-3 minutes for 6-8 times a day, 2-3 on , 1 off, as to – jelqing, only when I felt that my penis is ready for the tension (more focused on length and girth anyway);

Think I am stretching well; pulling strong but with no pain, being able (in some of the sessions) to hold for a minute or more (straight arms, body is holding the stretch not the arms).

Included heat only at the beginning; but my work felt better for some reason without warming up and heating (better EQ without the heat. I started easy, massaging usually with castor oil or vitamin E cream, slowly increasing the stretch.

So, 90 days are over with absolutely no gain. Did not measure at high accuracy, but can easy tell that nothing have changed.

I enjoy PE, I feel it is much better compared to spending half an hour a day watching TV or Wikipedia…, but I hoped (still am) to see some gains, any gain…. An inch in 12-18 months will be superb.
