Wet Jelq or Dry Jelq

I want to Know which kind of Jelq more Effective ? And Easier to Gain more length and girth .
I was try to do Dry jelq for some time but it is hard for me .And I get a lot of extra skin after excersize .My penis Vein Was bigger than Usual .
I have another question to ask you guys .I have alot of Veins under my penis head ,Especially when Flaccid .Is there any thing wrong on it or do other guys also have this kind of problem .

Wet or dry should be equally effective. Uncut guys seem to find dry jelqing easier because they have loose skin on the shaft. You may have to pull the skin back before each stroke if you think it’s getting in the way.

Bigger veins are normal when you’re doing PE exercises. There’s nothing wrong with having more or less veins than another guy. Everyone is different. I wouldn’t look at it as a “problem.”
