What Am I Doing Wrong?
It has been exactly 123 days since I started to jelq and I know I’m not supposed to expect results so quickly but I’m a bit frustrated with my results so far. Right now I do 10min warm up and then 10min manual stretching and after that I jelq for 25-30 mins. I don’t know how many times I exactly jelq. And finally warm down. Also it might sound like good news but I don’t know why I’m not getting some of the side effects that massive gainers here do, like spots. Right now my BPEL is 5.7 and I don’t know my girth but it’s approximately 4.7. Help me out please.
