What Am I Doing Wrong?

It has been exactly 123 days since I started to jelq and I know I’m not supposed to expect results so quickly but I’m a bit frustrated with my results so far. Right now I do 10min warm up and then 10min manual stretching and after that I jelq for 25-30 mins. I don’t know how many times I exactly jelq. And finally warm down. Also it might sound like good news but I don’t know why I’m not getting some of the side effects that massive gainers here do, like spots. Right now my BPEL is 5.7 and I don’t know my girth but it’s approximately 4.7. Help me out please.

Reeeelaax, number one rule in P/E is if it hurts no spurts. This can be a long road for some. I’m finding that out now. What I suggest is take time if necessary. But when you’re feeling better, start over. Conditioning is the way my friend in any part of life. Be open to new ideas and concepts as well.

Sounds like you want to gain more in the length department than girth (you don’t sound concerned about girth like me). Its simple, you’re not giving it enough time. I almost gave up as well after a similar amount of time. But I was still married and my wife begged me to continue because she was feeling a difference. So I did and boy am I glad. I didn’t change much. And about two months on from that point, boom, it just suddenly looked way bigger. I measured and there was gains. From then on I was hooked. Currently I’m going for 9 inches (started at 5.2) and I’m so close I can taste it, but not there yet. The gains will come. Just be consistent. Pack the ruler away. And only measure once it looks bigger to you. Measuring too often can discourage you. I won’t be measuring this year again. Only next year.

Yeah I saw some people on here saying that once you start working om girth, the length gains come slowly so I thought that I should focus on length first, then girth. And I’m going to take your word for it and try couple more months and be patient. And also how hard do you squeeze when jelqing? Whenever I see someone ask about it on here, answers are so vague I couldn’t get a grasp on it. Do you squeeze to the pint where the ok sign is much narrower than my penis? Thanks.

It all depends on what your dick can take. Me personally. My dick can late a lot, so I squeeze rather hard. My goal is to be as engorged as possible during and even after my jelqing routine and squeezing hard helps with that. But like all things PE, what works for me might not work for you. Keep it safe and don’t get injured. With time you start to see what works for you.

Thanks for the advice. Now that I think about it I might have been under training hence the reason I might not have been feeling a difference.

You didn’t mention the frequency of you workout. What are you days on and off? How many times do you workout during the week?

Also, have you explored doing JAI stretching? Check out this thread….”The JAI Technique - Origins and Science” I’m giving credit to my resent growth to JAI stretching.


PE rules!!!

Sept ‘17: 5-3/4” BPEL X 4-1/8” MSEG

Now: 6-1/2” BPEL X 4-5/8” MSEG

Add JAI stretches to your routine. Maybe a bundled stretch for like 2 mins

I’m not sure about under training. 25 to 30 minutes of jelqing sounds like a lot for a newbie. You may actually be overtraining and toughening up your unit.

My suggestion is to take a week or two off. Start again with 10 minutes of stretching, 10-15 minutes of jelqing, and then 10-15 minutes of edging at the end of your workout.

I’d also incorporate kegels, 50 of them with 5 second holds. You can do them after your workout or really anytime that’s convenient for you during the day.

I’m jelqing 2on1off and I’ll look into the JAI technique. Thanks for the advice.

When I said under training, I wasn’t really talking about the duration of the workout. I was talking about the intensity of the grip while jelqing. Maybe I thought I was holding it too loose cause I was a bit afraid of the side effects of over training my unit. And also I didn’t start off with 25-30min jelqs the first time I started I gradually added 5min as months went by. Thanks for the advice.

A week or two break may help.It’s worth a try.

You need to put in more time into stretching, 10min is not enough that’s why your not gaining. How long have you been doing pe? You need to ad more exercises to your routine.
